Enjoy complimentary returns within Switzerland and Europe, using Swiss Post for Switzerland and FedEx for European returns. Please note that returns shipped with other carriers are not eligible for cost reimbursement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For returns originating outside Europe or the United States, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
